I have a message on my LG Stylo V2 for firmware update that has been on 0% for an hour, has anybody else had this problem?

Could the update need either cellular data or Wi-Fi to download?

Help is here! We want for you to receive the newest software update with ease. Are you using Verizon Wireless data or wifi? Have you been able to turn your phone completely off & back on to try again?
