Whenever I receive a call the camera light flashes. Made sure Settings-Accessibility-Hearing-Flash Alerts is off. Problem just started this week.
Tried turning on Flash Alerts, rebooting, turning it off then tested it with a call. Camera light is still flashing when I get a call. Tried VZ chat support on the phone. He had me reset the network settings. It didn't fix anything then got no response from VZ chat and it disconnected.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
We are concerned to hear your device not working as expected, and we would be more than happy to help you today. Has anything recently changed as far as any software updates or new apps installed?
