Can someone please providing reasoning for this downgrade? This has limited apps such as Netflix to SD quality playback resolution. This phone is cable of HD and HDR capabilities (which is what it was for some time). I want this resolved to the L1 Profile it was before.

From what I've read a bad software update could cause that. This wouldn't be anything Verizon CS would be able to do anything about.
My last Verizon branded phone was an LG V30 and going forward I've been getting my devices unlocked.
