I bought my phone in December and got LG/Verizon $100.00 rebate card offer as a bonus. I filled out the rebate information with acbincentives.com/decemberg6promo and got reference number [removed]. I never got the rebate. The Verizon store kept pointing me to the website for tracking but they still never sent it. Now, the website is gone and the phone number I used to call is a deadend-- no longer in service. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks!
