I have a LG G4 and I'm trying to connect my laptop to the hotspot. It's connecting, but I cannot get internet access. I have restarted the laptop, done a /release and /renew, but no luck. I am getting an IP, but no access. I would think it's the laptop, but I can use my husband's Galaxy S6 with no issue. Any ideas?
We know how important it is to be able to use your hotspot on the phone, irishgues. Since noticing this issue have you tested your phoneโs hotspot with another device? Have you made sure the laptop and phoneโs hotspot have the same security settings enabled? http://vz.to/29Olmyd
