Droid Razr M- Power up goes directly to fast boot screen and does nothing, as long as it's plugged in the screen stays on. Says fast boot failure. 2 stores have attempted fixes to no avail.

dlc49, it's important to us that you have a working device. Did the store representatives attempt to hard reset that device? http://vz.to/1mmJuZs You can also reset that device by pressing and hold the Volume Up/Down button then press the Power button until the reboot screen appears.

Mine too. I've re-booted the thing at least 6 times since the update was done this afternoon. I'm ready to throw the phone through Verizon's window. Nothing works for longer than a second, and that's after it takes 10 minutes to load whatever it is I'm trying to access. So irritated. Because the stupid KitKat update didn't do enough damage...now this.

After several attempts to restore and reset the rep concluded the update
