my lg g4 is stuck on bootloop and i know it's a hardware problem and that the phone needs to be replaced, i bought mine less than a year ago but i currently live in egypt and i don't think i have the receipt but i have the box and the phone
should i ship it to them and will they ship me a new one or what?
