I followed all the instructions on your website and my photos, videos and messages never transferred to my new phone. I am angry cause it said to insert the old sim card in the new phone but the slot was too small. Is there any way to recover these? BTW the Strongsville OH store was horrible because instead of providing me with their transfer instruction when I got the new phone they waited until I after I sent the old phone back to give it to me. Really frustrated because I went over a week without a phone and I had to go back to this store 3 times. Please let me know if there is anyway to do this?????????????
Thanks!!!

if they're not making a sale, the store's are worthless.
buy an inexpensive usb, multi card reader, transfer to pc or mac, then xfer to new phone.

bearone21,
We understand how important your photos, videos, and messages are to you. Our apologies that the store was less than helpful to you. Let's get a few details. Did you use any backup program to save this information? What model phone did you have and did you upgrade too?

What does a SIM card have to do with getting photo off an old phone?

A sim card as absolutely nothing to do with photos. All a sim card does is tell a carrier what phone model it's connected to and what plan to give it.
Unless the phone was an old potato phone, getting content is super easy connecting it to a computer via USB cable or an SD card if it has one.
