My Lucid 2 won't charge. From what I've been reading this is a commom problem. I bought the phone in April and can't find the length of the manufacturer's warranty. How long is it covered?

The manufacturer warranty is one year.

I want to ensure you have a working device and I want to ensure that it is recognized by the charger! As Ann154 has mentioned, your device comes with a one year manufacturer's warranty. Considering there are no physical or liquid damages, it can be replaced under warranty if necessary.
When did this problem begin with the charging? Is this an intermittent or consistent issue? Does the device recognize the charger when it's plugged in? Are you using the wall charger that came with the device and have you tried plugging the charger into a different power outlet? I would also suggest removing and reinserting the device battery http://vz.to/1bkUKhL and attempting the charge again. Please let me know so I can further assist. Thanks!

Hello All!-
Last night I discovered my Lucid 2 doesn't charge, would not hold a charge or even recognize a charger. I went to the premium retailer in my town and basically was told they couldn't help me and wouldn't even call Verizon to see what they could do. This is still under warranty mind you since I only received it in August! I was advised by the store to go to radio shack and batteries plus to get a new battery if i wanted to fix the problem. This was VERY frustrating as you can imagine. This new battery would have cost $50-75. Finally I called Verizon support and there is a new Lucid 2 on its way out to me via overnight shipping at no cost to me. The gentleman that helped me tonight was very professional and even more helpful than i expected. He was upset by the way the store treated me and told me they were just being lazy. The warranty DOES extend to the battery! I am very happy with the way this ended, thank you to Verizon Support!
