What the heck? Since late this afternoon (5 hours ago) I cannot call out and people can't call me.
611 does not work.
Here online, trying to connect with live chat, the message - "All agents are busy".......
What is going on Verizon? This is not a safe situation.
Where is my network or how do I make it available once again?
I'm in So. California. Anyone else having this problem tonight?

I am VERY upset by this lack of cell connection. My phone was fine earlier in the day, stayed in my purse in a drawer all day long, and then suddenly doesn't get reception.
THIS IS THE ONLY PHONE I HAVE. I HAVEN'T HAD IT BUT 2-3 MONTHS.
I am very displeased to read of many problems with your other phones (i.e. Galaxy Nexus) disfunctioning in very similar ways.
I cannot afford to buy a new phone!!!! Where is good customer service.
Very unhappy in Southern California.
