Hi,
My company uses Microsoft InTune to manage by corporate applications. I must have fat-fingered my InTune required passcode (which is the security overlay to my phone access and needs manual entry every 72 hours) and have 3 more attempts to enter the passcode before my phone is reset to factory settings.
My IT department has tried removing the passcode, however, my phone is not syncing with InTune to offer support for this. Is there anything I can do to have my device sync to remove this passcode overlay and grant me access to my phone?
Device: Samsung S10
I can not reboot or power down my phone without the passcode entered.
any help is appreciated.

Good day, jwron14. As a consumer, I sincerely understand your dilemma. Nothing would make us happier than being able to assist you further, but there is nothing we can do to assist you. The scope of our support is limited to ensure that your phone is connected to the Verizon Wireless network and we have no resources to assist you with your InTune password concerns. -Antonio
