Ever since I changed my mobile data plan to 10gb, my data stopped working. It won't even turn on in the first place. Im sharing this plan with 2 other people, and their's are working fine. I think it's been about over a month now, and I've tried calling the agents 2 times. I've also tried the recommendations that the verizon digital assistant gave but I got nothing figured out.
This has gone on for far too long. As someone who relies on my own data every day I definitely can imagine how stressful this must be. Let's get it working together ASAP. A private message is being sent to assist you further.-Sean
