I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. I was able to set up my home Wi-Fi connection, but I an unable to get 3G or 4G LTE connectivity to work on it. I have mobile data connectivity enabled in settings. Is there anything else I should check?

If you have Wi-Fi turned on, and you are currently connected to a Wi-Fi network, your phone will bypass the Verizon 3G/4G LTE data network (to save you data usage).
Try turning off Wi-Fi and see if it connects to the Verizon 3G/4G LTE data network.
If the previous step does not work, turn "Airplane Mode" on for about 15 seconds, and then turn it off. After turning Airplane Mode OFF, make sure Wi-Fi is still turned off and your Mobile Data switch is turned on.
Let me know if this helps, good luck!

Hi -- I tried all of the steps you suggested, including the backup and reset option in the settings menu, but I am still unable to connect to the 3G/4G LTE network. I was wondering if, by chance, the problem might be caused by an incompatible SIM card (I installed the SIM card that came with the replacement smartphone, not the SIM card in my prior smartphone) or by my connectivity options being reduced due to the fact that I went over my data limit this billing period (my billing period ends on the 16th of the month)?
