My Moto e5 play will not start up . It started with my message+ app going crazy and not working . Than my phone restarted on its own . Next it loaded all the way through the Hello Moto to the Verizon load screen then nothing it's just stuck . So then I pulled the battery out and put it back in and now it's stuck on the Motorola blue screen and has been there now for about 2 hours . What's going on and what can I do ???
