Phone will only vibrate once for incoming calls so I'm missing a lot of calls. Keeps ringing for caller but I just get the single vibration to alert me. Any idea how to make it vibrate until I actually answer the call?
Being notified when there is an incoming call is crucial, Cwat500. We want to help get your device working as it should be ASAP. Have there been any recent changes to your device? Is this happening with all calls from all contacts? Have there been any issues with other alerts? Looking forward to hearing back.

The phone is actually less than a week old and it happens with all calls. Notifications for messages and emails worked sporadically. Worked with Motorola techs, they had me reset the network settings and do a factory reset but it still persisted. Finally was able to make the vibrations work after turning off the notifications then turning back on but that only lasted for a few calls. Assuming it was defective so exchanged for another and this new one works fine. Thanks for your suggestions!
