I found via a search, you go into Verizon Tones, then click bottom right three dots and it pulls up the menu for downloads pending. ALL SOLVED. Thank you.

It could not download the ringtones immediately to my phone because I did not have the SD card in so it said they were purchased and that I need to go to "music box" to add them to my ringtones. Also gave error code 20058. Is music box online somewhere on my Verizon page? Or my phone?

Help is just a posting away Cowpatie. May I ask where did you get the ringtones from? Did you purchase them directly on the phone or from a website? What size memory card do you have installed?

Thank you…

I got the ringtones directly from my phone from Verizon Tones. After I realized my SD card was still out, I put it back in and was able to get the last ringtone directly on my phone, but the first 2 went somewhere else? When I try and buy them again, thinking they didn't purchase it says I have purchased them already and that they are in music box. Not sure what size memory card I have but I know its not full, I just got phone 2 days ago and still learning stuff. If I could just find "music box".
