Motorola Droid Turbo Stops Syncing to Office 365

Hello,
I am having an issue with a new out of the box Motorola Droid Turbo, I install Corporate email and we use office 365. Everything syncs up fine and emails download calendar syncs. Then a day or two later the phone stops syncing. I went through all the forms and did all the troubleshooting via Verizon help...but it requires me to remove the account and then sync it again for it to start working.
I downloaded the outlook app and that works fine but the issue is with the corporate mail as when it wont sync neither will the calendar. Now I have one other Motorola Droid on this account and it has no problems.
Anyone else out there suffering the same issue? Thank you.
