Samsung A51. Android 11. Music on my phone not showing up when I select Bluetooth as a source in my Ford Escape. Other music, such as SiriusXM, plays fine via Bluetooth. Any suggestions on what to do?

I enjoy being able to listen to music from my phone through my Bluetooth in the card and want the same for you, mjcx. Let's take a closer look into this. Have you ever been able to play your music in this car before? Are you able to make and receive phone calls in the car while connected to Bluetooth? Have you checked your cars user manual for steps on your audio modes? -Danielle

Yes, I can make and receive calls using Bluetooth in my car. But the music thing is quite strange. After I unpaired and repaired the phone, I was able to see the discs on my phone one time. But I had to play the music as a playlist. I could not cycle through songs on any disc. Since that one time, I have never been able to see the discs again. The display is either blank or says "Not provided." Not really sure what else to do. I could try to unpair/repair again. Or maybe reset Wifi, Bluetooth, etc. on my phone.

Have you had a recent phobe update? If it worked fine before the latest update then it's probably caused by that.

That's a good thought. I have had a recent update. Any suggestions on what to do? Remove the update? Just contact Verizon?

As far as I know you can't really remove updates. Probably have to wait for another update to fix the problem. Try unpairing from car and pairing again. You might try searching the samsung community or asking there if anyone else with that model is having that issue.
