My Command Center widget is stuck at the top of my home screen and I can't move it or delete it. What do I have to do to get rid of it or move it?

The phone is a Droid MAXX2
I just wanted to post an update on the problem I posted about the stuck widget above. I fixed the problem by turning off my phone and when I turned it back on, the Command Center widget was back in the correct location on my home screen.
