I'm sorry to learn that your device is not working as intended, Missy37. You can view text messages sent and received for that past 90 days online if you use the Verizon Message+ application and integrated messaging. Please confirm on number 6 under "Syncing Messages Across Devices" at this link (http://spr.ly/6608Ew4QC).

While voicemail messages cannot be viewed online, you can call your own number and press # to interrupt the greeting and access your voicemail box and listen to any stored messages (http://spr.ly/6609Ew4Qh).
