I have the prepaid smartphone Blade Vantage 2 Prepaid in Black (Model Phone name Z3153V) Androd verison 10 for a few years. Now the battery starts to swell. It had been swollen for months. Is there a way to replace the battery? How muchwill it cost me to get a replacement? Thanks!

Oh no, swollen battery definately indicates some sort of issue with the phone. Let's make sure you have all your options for a working replacment. Do you currently have Verizon postpaid or prepaid services? How long ago did you purchase the defective phone?

I am sorry for the long wait for not reaching you sooner. I got this phone at Target a few years ago. I don't know when I brought the phone, but it was starting to swell over a year or two. It's a prepaid service. Last week, I had to buy a new prepaid phone at Target. The new phone was from Total by Verzon service. I thought it was same company. I tried to transfer my old number from Verizon Wireless into their sevice, but I did not purchase a Total by Verizon service card. So I had to wait to activate it.
Sorry that I haven't contact you sooner. Thanks for understanding my situation.
