It was working fine all day yesterday. She did the latest software update a few days ago so I don't think that is the issue.
The headphones work just fine on her Ipad Mini and PS Vita game system. This just started this morning.
Is there a fix we can try. She has all her music stored on her phone and uses it daily.
Please let me know if there is something we can try.
