Droid turbo 2.
I press the button mobile hotspot, it says checking subscription, and nothing happens, the box disappears and the button doesn't move.
I restarted my phone and disabled the hotspot app and turned it back on same problem.
Any ideas? I have to have my hotspot to print and I have to print shipping labels tomorrow!
The mobile hot spot feature is one of the most essential tools for me and we'd be happy to help make sure yours is working as it should. Has there been any changes or even damage to the device since this started? Restarting the device is definitely a good step to take and we appreciate it.
