My new Samsumg Galaxy S6 automatically mutes my voice when I make or receive a call. I can't hear other person unless I use speakerphone, but they can hear me.
Let me first congratulate you on your new S6. How exciting! It is concerning to see that you have been having issues with your calls on it, though. It sounds like you have 2 different issues going on with it: auto muting on calls & can not hear others unless on speakerphone. Has this been happening since you received the device? Does it occur when you use earbuds/headset too? Is it every call or just at random? Does it happen everywhere?
