When did EVERY Single thing done on my phone come with a cost?

Lev1, I want to ensure we can properly address any cost issues or concerns you may have with your device. I myself understand that cost is a huge factor these days and don't want you to pay for something you may not need. Is this in reference to a Verizon Wireless application or feature? What is the exact cost point you are concerned about?
