I have a Galaxy S4 and the NFL Mobile app stopped working 11 days ago and I still cannot get it to work. When I try opening it, it crashes immediately. I've contacted NFLmedia several times but nothing seems to change. I download the updates just about every day. When is this going to be fixed?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the Verizon NFL app crashes. It wont open and keeps crashing. It's been like this for a while and I have the more everything plan and I can't enjoy this feauture.

Yes I'm am certainly sure my phone and the app is up to date. I have
uninstalled reinstalled a dozen times. I have checked system update and it
says I have the most current update. This has been going on for almost 2
weeks now where the app wont open so I'm really frustrated. We are in
preseason week 2 and I have the more everything plan and can't enjoy my
upgraded features.

I also am having the same issue with a Samsung Note 4 for 2 weeks or so. I pay per month for NFL Premium and also payed the large sum for the year subscription to NFL Game Pass (used to be NFL Game Rewind) which now runs through the NFL mobile app also, so all this money I paid and am paying and I can't use it, very frustrating. .. also called nfl mobile and the person who answered the phone had no idea what they were talking about. ..please help

We understand the importane of being able to use features you pay for monthly MG5692. When you open the app, does it display any sort of error messages before it crashes? What version of the NFL Mobile app are you running? To check tap on NFL Mobile App< select more< settings<scroll down to view app Version. Do you have your Location settings enabled?

Marshall_Dillon, we want to make sure you are able to use all of the applications on the phone, especially NFL mobile as the preseason is upon us. When did you notice this started? When trying to use any application are you getting any error messages?

This problem started over two weeks ago. I get no error messages just
crashes. I have submitted crash reports along with system logs for use in
debugging the problems.

No I have no problems with the internet. The problem resides in the
Verizon web services. I have been a programmer for the last twenty years.
Reading the logs that I sent line ten. During the network verification
process. Logs are all there.

Being able to enjoy this app during football season is crucial. Let's continue digging into this. How do other apps, web browsing, etc. work over 4G LTE on your device? How do these same things work on your device over WIFI? Does this happen during specific times of the day?

All other apps work fine. I had push notifications from nfl app 6 am only
once and another one at a different time in evening. But it still wouldn't
open the app

Ok I have WiFi and data going at all times. When I go into data only I
have no NFL app. When I shut data off and try to go WiFi I still have no
NFL app. Both to gather I have no NFL app. I have not received a push
from any apps in the last 24 hours. I only have 3g during normal business
hours and no WiFi. I can not open the app at that time. The app crashes
on startup with no error codes echoed to the screen.

I have a HTC m8 and I have received the push updates several times since
last season. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it several times.
My question is. According to several email strings I have been reading
this problem effects several different phone models and tablets. Is this a
outage? Meaning do you have several people with the same problem or just a
select few?

Having the same problem. Open the app and it crashes immediately. No error message. Phone and all other apps are up to date. Rebooted phone, wiped cache partition, Uninstalled and reinstalled updates. Location on or off, it doesn't work (should work either way). Galaxy s5 with no other problems.
