NO WIFI CALLING on moto g6 unlocked phone

Bought moto g 6 unlocked at Best Buy and signed with Verizon.  There is no WIFI calling/advanced calling tabs on this phone.  There is supposed to be.  Has anyone else encountered this and what should I do, to get this fixed?  I have already done a frustrating online chat with Verizon- they kept telling me to go to tabs on my phone that are not on this phone.

Same here.  Moreover, the 4G LTE Network Extender requires HD calling enabled to work properly.  (Like WIFI Calling, HD calling requires an Advanced Calling option that is not on the unlocked Moto G Power).  So my entire setup at my home is basically toast because of these two little known facts:

1) You can't turn on WIFI or HD calling with an unlocked Moto G Power because there isn't an Advanced Calling option on the device.

2) A Moto G Power must be in HD calling mode to work correctly with a 4G  LTE Network Extender.

Ugh.

While some unlocked phones will work on Verizon, most are not compatible with ALL features on Verizon. To be sure you get ALL features available on Verizon, you need to go with a Verizon branded phone or unlocked versions of iPhones/Google phones.

Many unlocked phones have no settings for WiFi calling because they will never be carrier supported.  Both ATT and Verizon support their own select androids, and newer iPhone (iPhone 6 and newer). ATT has added the google pixel 3/3 XL as the first non carrier phone they will support with WiFi Calling.

There is nothing you can do. Only Verizon phones can have wi-fi calling. If you insist on unlocked phones that the price you pay.
