I have been having a problem with my phone. I get 4g LTE no problem, but as soon as I leave a 4g area my phone totally drops all mobile data. There is no 3g or 1x. Just no service at all. Any suggestions. I work inside a building with only 3g capabilities. This problem didn't happen before with this phone.

rebout55, it’s important to have the service where you need it. Let’s get to the root cause of this. When did this start happening? What happens when you leave the building? Are there other Verizon users with the same issue?
