No service at home address

Has now been over 5 weeks and still no service at my home. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never had such horrible customer service. Have not heard anything as to if my ticket was even taken care of. Had to purchase a new phone as my Android Max did not offer WiFi calling which is the only way I can now make calls from my home.I hate to leave Verizon but it appears they are leaving me no choice.
