I too have dropped calls and lost service. This has happened within last 2 or 3 weeks. It feels like I'm on Sprint again. I hate it.

My son and i live within 1/2 mile from each other. When we talk the connection drops at least 2 or 3 times.
This problem has been going on for several years. I reported to our local verizion store but they offered no resolution.

if either of you or both have the problem, the call is dropped.
sounds more like a location issue from towers than a verizon problem if it's been going on for several years.

We have been having serious problems with this in the last 2 months in our area. We went from Verizon being the only cell phone service that actually works great to it being just as crappy and the others. What is going on? I spend way too much money a month on a phone bill to have such bad service! No calls to and from at home very rare to go through and the internet is basically completely gone!!

I completely agree. I already spent about 40 mins on the phone with someone and they told me there has been no outages.
This is CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Years of good service, not this. As I watch the numerous SPRINT adds on TV, i'm so tempted.

LROB22, I understand the need to have the best signal, especially when contacting your children. There are no issues reported in your area. Lets look into some troubleshooting. Please go into the My Verizon app> Top left hand menu> Customer Support> Device Health Check. What does the analysis say?

We are not giving up LROB22, thank you for partnering up with us as I am confidnet we will find the culprit and see what is causing this issue. So we know what we ware working with and we can narrow this down, are you using Wi-Fi calling? When you dial #48 what message do you receive?

My problem of dropped calls has been going on for about a month. I live in zip code 94610. Dropping calls in the home when staying in the same position. It could be 10 mins into the call or an hour, but consistently drops. Goes from 3 bars to 1 bar or no bars in the same position.
