When I purchased my LG transpyre, it had a Voicemail notification by pulling down the front screen on my phone. Now it only gives me a missed call sign with a phone icon to call back as well as a text mail icon to text person calling. I spent an hour and half at the Verizon store near where I live and they couldn't fix it. Today I called the Verizon's tech support dept and after being on the phone for 1 1/2 hrs, they hung up on me and never fixed the problem.
I have been without vm notification for 1 year and am looking to have it fixed. I tried the above fix, going to call screen, call settings, voicemail, notification sound but to no avail. Please let me know if you can help, thanks
Is there a voicemail app on the phone? When you sign into your MyVerizon account online does your features have the Visual Voicemail feature enabled.
