Not receiving some text messages

Hello! I have discovered recently that I am not receiving some text messages. At first this seemed to be a fluke with one of my contacts, but now another contact has asked me why I never replied. To be clear, this is not every message. I have received both MMS and SMS messages before and since. 

I have screenshots of the message history from one of the contact's perspective and mine.

The first message that I'm aware that I didn't receive was an MMS sent to a group chat at 8:42 AM PST, Jun 16.

My phone is a OnePlus 10 Pro. A few months ago I switched from TMobile to Verizon.
Both contacts' phones are Samsungs (Model unknown). Both contacts are on TMobile.

After the first time, I did the classic troubleshooting. Shut off the phone, removed the SIM, replaced, and turned the phone back on.

From my contacts' perspectives, the message is being sent just fine. Only I did not receive it. I am asking for support only because this has happened again and I had no way of knowing.

It seems like Verizon is dropping some messages. Why might this be?

Thank you for reaching out with your messaging concern. Let's dive into some more details. Were these both in a group message setting? Are you using an Android or iPhone? To make sure we're aligned these are both intermittent?

Only one instance was in a group message setting. I have had two known instances in 1-on-1 settings.

My OnePlus 10 Pro is an android device, and so are the devices that sent the messages.

This issue seems intermittent, as I have received messages from these contacts before and since.

I'm still having this issue.  I did not receive a message in a group chat-- but others in the group did.
