when I download the framework .apk....and try to install it I get the error message that the app was not installed.

I am able to download and install the Samsung pay aPK however, but it does not allow me to add a Citi Card.

Yes, the framework apk is the base component to install the App, once you downloaded the app APK then it installs fine. I dont have a citi card so I dont know why that would not work

I ran the update, and then the framework and application from the links you provided (THANK YOU!!!) and then was able to add 1 of my 2 Citi cards and an American express blue card.  I used the AmEx at the grocery store this morning successfully.

I will call Citi later to see why one of my 2 cards with them isn't registering.

- thank you for listening to us and allowing this.  However, this could be a case study in how NOT to deal with your customers.  Poor communication plus relying on the users to collaborate amongst themselves to figure out how to get things working adds up to a porpe experience.  Things shouldn't be this difficult.

Spoke to Citi as well.  In my case, the card that was unable to register was an American Airlines card, and they indicate that co-branded cards will not work with Samsung Pay.

So as long as you have the new update installed just download these apk files and you can get Samsung Pay!!   Make sure you install them in order!!  Framework first then the app.

I had the same problem. It wouldn't take my Amex or Citi double cash (BTW it is the one used in Samsung adds). I was so happy when it installed and let me log in but now I'm pissed I can't use it...

To get the app you may need to login to your Google Play from a computer and install it from there. That's how I got it this morning. It's not in Google Play from the phone app yet. Hopefully that helps to clear up some confusion.  It won't work until later this week.

Type in samsung pay Google play store on your pc browser it should pop up. Also no phone update for my note 5 as of yet either. Samsung pay is null and void for me as my bank don't support it yet.

I have yet to see Samsung Pay in the Google Play store either on a cellular device or on a pc browser.

Could someone who has seen this in the Google Play store post a link to this app from your pc browser?

This will install from the play store on your phone.  It installed the VZW update for me as well.
