Actually with cheap phones one would expect them to NOT get upgraded. I'd say the chance of that phone getting Oreo is close to zero. If you want quick and guaranteed updates you'll need to get a Pixel. Though they are not cheap.
chad50662, we always want to ensure your phone works optimally. Devices receive an alert when an update becomes available. We regret there is currently not a release date or information on the next available version for this device.
