I have a htc droid eris and I had the security lock (with the dots) set. My friend tried multiple times to get into it and now it only asks for my Google account name and password. I have a little trouble there because I simply cannot remember my account name and password. It been locked for so many hours and I have tried various names.....Can I reset my Google account on the Verizon site? Does anyone know how to fix this, or will the original lock ever let me try again?

It's your Gmail ID and password but I guess you don't use Gmail. Call Verizon Wireless Customer Service. They should be able to help.
