Phone stopped yesterday

Last night, my phone turned itself off and now will not work again.  Evidently this is a problem for other LG G3 owners as well since the latest update.  I have taken the battery out and put it back in, that doesn't work.  It goes to the LG screen and sometimes the verizon screen with the checkmark then back off.  It sometimes will do this a few times.  It did some it was updating apps at one point, but that ended too.  I'm so frustrated, I have really liked this phone until now.  I contacted verizon on the chat option, that was no help, first off, they did not have a good grasp on the English language as for as correct grammar.  Also, they told to do exactly what I told them I had already done, I did again and had the same result.  Then was told they couldn't help....yet they wanted to know if I was satisfied with their help to my problem!!!!!  Are you kidding me?????  [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] no I'm not satisfied, I still have no working phone.  Going to the Verizon store in a little bit.  Good luck to all.

Any luck? I'm beyond [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] about this update.  They ruined my phone.
