My phone will not turn off. The button on the bottom of the screen is flashing blue then green and the only thing that will come up on the screen is the LG logo. Amy suggestions as to what is wrong?

Rollieboo, it is so strange that this is happening to you. We definitely don't want you to deal with this much longer. I agree with Ann154 that it would help to know what model phone you have. What were you doing with your phone when this started happening?

We never want to see you without a phone that is working properly. Let's work together to resolve. When did this start happening? Which LG phone do you have?
