Poor service in Las Vegas

The signal strength in zip 89128 in extremely weak. Although I can hear the party I'm speaking to clearly, they have difficulty understanding me. They advise my speech is broken up or completely disappears.

I don't have this issue in other areas. Is there a problem with coverage? Do I have to change carriers? My customers are frustrated with me over this & I need to do something.

Connections at the airport seem OK .

The other day, the 4G was written over with 3G. What's going on?

We understand the need to have a working service for your customers. With regards to your area I do not show any service issues in the area. When you start having issues with your service? Are there others with the same issues?
