I just upgraded to a G5 from a G3, and all my calls, from anywhere, are dropped, or the quality is so bad the other person only catches 1/2 of what I say. My voice quality on the G3 wad excellent. Any thoughts?

Are you using the HD Voice feature?

Try turning off HD Voice and see if it makes a difference.

I have the Verizon LG G5 also. This is my second one because I had signal issue and poor call quality with the first one. The replacement was okay at first but now it's bad again. I keep losing GPS signal and often times can't send text messages where other verizon phones can. People I talk to constantly can't hear me.

I have a fuzzy sound in the ear piece so I turned off HD voice and it worked better but what's the point in having HD voice if I have to turn it off to be able to use my phone?
