Preordered Note 4 arrived at store today

Preordered Note 4 through a store (trying to give a local store business).  Arrived today.  I am not allowed to pick it up until THursday (the release date).

Is Verizon trying to lose customers????? They are already a week later than all the other carriers as it is.

So frustrated.  That's the last time I give a local store business instead of ordering online.  May change carriers as well, this is ridiculous!

If that employee gave you the phone two days early he/she would have risked their job.  Official release date is the 23rd.  At least your phone is at the store, be thankful. A lot of online preorders have not even got a ship date yet or their orders are still being processed.

If you order online, your device should SHIP on the 23rd. Then add 2-3 business days to that to arrive at your door. You, on the other hand, can pickup your device at the store on the 23rd.

Well I hope you learned a lesson. I preordered  via phone and mine shipped overnight on the 22nd. No trip to the store required.

Not true. I was told today mine will not ship until the 31st. Which is a friday and i wont get it until nov 4th or 5th. There is nowhere on the site that says anything other then the 23rd. Beyond frustrated. btw I pre ordered last week.
