I have downloaded the Snapchat app and cannot get the different animated faces you can select to send a snap message. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still does not work.

All you have to do is have the front facing camera enabled so you can see yourself. Then just tap on your face and the filters should appear. Select the filter by sliding the icons to the right of the shutter button to the left. To take a picture press the shutter button once. To take a video pres and hold the shutter button.
