Me101Me, we always want to you to be able to get the informartion you need. To locate the PUK for your device, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the My Devices page in My Verizon.
2. Click My PIN and Unblocking Key (PUK) under About My Device.
3. Your default PIN and PUK will be displayed in a pop-up window.
4. Click Close when you are finished.
