My phone randomly shuts itself off. It is charged and it will be at random times. In order to power it back on I have to take the battery out and re-seat it, then it powers up fine and stays on. Anyone else have this happening? Any suggestions? It is a pain in the waaazooo since I use it for my alarm clock! Thank goodness I have an internal body alarm clock that won't let me oversleep.....or hasn't yet!

Might help to identify which make/model phone you are talking about.

Sorry I was in device support and my phone so I thought it would indicate
that, should have noticed. It is an LG Enact™ in Black 8 GB, although
when I look at phone name on my settings it says VS890 4G I know it is
older so many will say trade in time but I don't change phones often. Only
my 3rd phone since they came out. (my daughter is eyerolling along with
all of you). I like this phone because it has a slide out qwerty keyboard
as well as the digital keyboard. I have a tremor that is some times so bad
I cannot use the digital with ease, so the slide out is nice. I doubt
there is a newer phone with that option, as I looked long and hard for this
one!

LMULKEY58,
No enjoys having a phone that powers off on its own. I know you depend on your device and I'll be happy to get this fixed for you. Has the phone been exposed to any liquid or physical damage? Do you charge the phone with the original manufacturer's charger?
