Call LG they advised me to get verizon to send me another phone. I had the same problem with the "LUCID",. VERIZON would not acknowledge this problem. They finally they sent me an replacement. Works great! but now they want to charge me for a new one at $485.00 plus interest and taxes. This is not cool I opened this account May 08/2012...... Many issues with this account. Any takers,and how to deal with them??
