Receiving random calls on my phone??

I too switched from AT&T to Verizon and I’ve been having this issue as well, literally like today, except my phone rings as if someone is calling me and there’s no one on the other end and the call ends. I call back only for the person to tell me they haven’t called me, nor is it showing on their outgoing calls list. I send proof of the call and they’re just as confused as I am! This has been happening for quite sometime!

Has anyone ever found out the solution or what’s going on?
