The recent E-mail message sent out to all titled "Staying connected during COVID-19" is all fine & dandy, but 'where's the beef?'
What kind of discounts / financial assistance will you be giving people on their bills?
PS: I find it funny that there is no 'billing' category to be found. (?) Also, the 'divide & conquer' strategy of giving ~dozens of categories.
