How can I remove all the stupid apps I don't want?  My phone is loaded with stuff I don't want but will not let me remove like NSF Shift, Let's Golf2, NFL Mobile.  Come on man!  This is BS!  My phone is 70% full of junk.

If your phone has ICS, you should be able to disable them.

non removable preisntalled apps have been part of Android phones for years now. This isn't new. Anyways as tiki said you can disable them but you can't remove them.

I agree with you. The bloatware is unbearable. However, there isn't a thing we can do about it. It is undeletable. This argument goes back to the very first Android Smart Phone.

I should have added, all the servers, AT&T, Sprint, etc. have bloatware on their phones, so jumping from Verizon to, say, Sprint is like jumping from one puddle to the next.

I would suggest offering a version of the phone without bloatware for $20 more but people would gripe about that so it's pointless.

Not all the bloatware comes from Verizon. Yes, they have quite a few bloatware apps, but Motorola added some, and don't forget about the Google bloatware. So, you can't just blame Verizon.

I didn't blame anyone. I'm saying if a bloatware free phone was offered at a slightly higher price those customers that can't stand bloatware would complain about having to pay extra for such a phone.

and you void your warranty and most people are not that technical so they stand a good chance at bricking their phones in the process and like I said with a voided warranty they'll be stuck having to buy a new phone at full price. Sounds like a plan. NOT.

i'm just saying why is my phone loaded with an app from a company that's out of business and a 10meg NFL app that's only good for a few months? How do the preinstalled games lowering the price of the phone? Is rather not jail break out cause of the 2 year contract. BS I say

Actually the NFL app is good year around. NFL Network is on 24/7/365

How does pre-installed game lower the price? Well first they are demos. The game maker pays Verizon to have the game on the phone. This is where Verizon makes the money. The game maker hopes enough people will buy the full game to justify the payment to Verizon.

Is there another choice? Don't say Apple. I refuse to give that company my business. Not to mention their stuff is WAY overpriced.

Why in the world would I say Apple?
