I had gotten a wifi router in February and cancelled service the very next day and here I am way in July requesting return labels every 5-7 business when the label is supposedly coming. I have spent 2 hours on every phone call speaking with people who clearly don't know how to assess this situation. I refuse to pay a $200 return fee (which got credited) when it clearly is not my fault why the box isn't being returned, every time i speak to a rep its "do you have this amount to pay for your services". I refuse to pay the 200 to reconnect my lines because who wants to pay for an issue that is not caused by you?? I can't reconnect my service unless the $800 is paid due to having the fees of reconnections and late fees, but again is not my fault because the no return fee wouldn't let me pay for just my phone lines. This has been by far the worst phone company I have had to deal with and if i knew the return process would take longer than actually getting the device I would have left it at the store. My phone line has been disconnected for now a 3 weeks and they refuse to reconnect unless I pay $800 and no one is hearing me at this company and i'm really tired. Shouldn't i receive some type of payment plan now the non return fee has been taken off to give me time to pay the full $800.
