What does this mean. The app update downloads but during installation "[app]" can't be updated....trouibleshooting (error code 963)

ShawnrRitt, that is a strange message that you are receiving. Let figure this out. Is it all apps or a specific app that will not update? When did this problem start?

I’m sorry to hear that you keep getting that strange error too. Let’s make sure your applications get updated successfully, ronc13. Is this happening to a specific application? Are you connected to mobile data or WiFi? Please share details.
