S4 Error Code:963 when attempting to update Apps

What does this mean. The app update downloads but during installation "[app]" can't be updated....trouibleshooting (error code 963)

Does trying to update a second time work?

ShawnrRitt, that is a strange message that you are receiving. Let figure this out. Is it all apps or a specific app that will not update? When did this problem start?
